The downloadable templates and resources supplied on Bornx Design Studio (https://bornx.studio/) are freely available for use under the Unlimited Commercial License in your personal and commercial design projects. However, there are still limitations to what you may or may not do.
- You Can:
- Use them for your or your client COMMERCIAL and PERSONAL projects, in whole or part.
- Use whole or incorporate part of them into flyers, posters, banners, or other promo/campaign media with UNLIMITED number of prints and views.
- Use and print them in merchandises or collectible items with UNLIMITED number of sales, provided that you produce/print them yourself or through your own printing vendor, and not through Print-on-Demand (POD) platforms.
- Use them for streamer design materials with UNLIMITED number of views.
- Use the final design output in web or mobile apps, provided that the original template/source file is not embedded, editable, or redistributed in any way.
- No credit or backlink to this website required. Feel free to use them with no worries at all.
- You Can't:
- Use any part of the template to create new templates, digital products, or starter assets for resale or free distribution — including on Canva, Figma, Adobe Express, Photopea, Affinity, or other design apps (both online or offline apps).
- Resell or redistribute the source templates or files as freebies to your audience.
- No Print-on-Demand (POD) Usage: You are strictly prohibited from using our templates or any elements within them to create products for sale on Print-on-Demand sites (e.g., Redbubble, Zazzle, Teepublic, Amazon Merch, etc.). This applies even if the template has been modified or incorporated into a new design. Our assets are intended for direct client work and personal/commercial marketing, not for mass-distribution POD platforms.
License FAQs
Can I Get A Refund? No. Due to the nature of digital products being immediately accessible after purchase, any funds paid to download the template are non-refundable for any reason.
Can I Send Final PSD or Source File To My Client? Yes. You may provide them with the final design files. However,the deliverable must be the final design intended for print or online publishing, not the original, unedited template file you downloaded.
